CRISTINA GRIJALVA-GARCIA

Cristina Grijalva-Garcia worked as the event planner at the El Paso Museum of Art for thirty years.  Driven by a passion for gardening, she became a master gardener and volunteers her time improving Chihuahuan Desert gardens and landscapes.  An artist in different mediums, her educational outreach includes event coordination and instruction in the culinary arts, mosaic, painting, and puppet-making. Grijalva-Garcia has exhibited with the JUNTOS Art Association at the Chamizal National Memorial Gallery, the Las Cruces Museum of Art, and the Mexic-Arte Museum in Austin,Texas.
